MALMESBURY

HORNFELS STONE.

Our Durbanville quarry produces high-grade Malmesbury Hornfels aggregates for construction, road-building, and concrete production across the Western Cape.

High-Quality Aggregates

At Portland Quarry, we take pride in producing high-quality aggregates from our 65-hectare quarry on Vissershok Road, Durbanville, drawing from the natural Malmesbury Hornfels deposits. We place great importance on the cubical shape of our stone, as it is crucial for ensuring top-notch concrete quality. Our operations are managed under the Mine Health and Safety Act and are ISO 9001:2015 certified.
